Made with dark chocolate, naturally sweet pears, and a boost of Unflavoured Collagen, it’s the ultimate guilt-free indulgence. Ingredients (serves 4)
- 3 medium pears, peeled and cored
 - 250g dark chocolate
 - 4 scoops Unflavoured Premium Collagen Peptides
 
Method
- Cook the pears – Peel, core, and chop the pears. Boil in water for 10 minutes until soft, then drain.
 - Melt the chocolate – In a heatproof bowl over a saucepan with simmering water, melt the dark chocolate on low heat.
 - Blend – Add the cooked pears, melted chocolate, and collagen to a blender. Blend until smooth.
 - Set – Pour the mixture into a small cake tin or dish and top with any leftover melted chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
 - Serve – Dust with cacao powder if desired and enjoy!
