1. How do I sign up for the challenge?

   Simply fill out the sign-up form above to officially join the challenge!

2. I signed up but haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

   Check your junk or spam folder in case the confirmation email landed there. If you still can't find it, please contact us at hello@thecollagen.co, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

3. Can I participate without Facebook? / Can I join the challenge without sharing my results on social media?

   Yes! You can take part in the challenge without posting on social media. However, please note that engagement in the Glow Talk community is a factor in the winner selection process.

5. Can I participate if I haven’t made a recent purchase? / Can I use my existing products for the challenge?

   Yes! You’re welcome to use your existing The Collagen Co. products to participate. However, the products must be from The Collagen Co., and their purchase date must be within a deemed realistic time period of the challenge start date.

6. Can I take my photos in different locations if I’m traveling?

   Yes, you can! However, try to wear the same outfit in each photo for a clearer comparison of your progress.

7. Can I post my ‘before’ photo before the start date?

   No, all before photos must be taken and submitted on or after May 12, 2025, to ensure a fair competition for all participants completing the full 28-day challenge.

8. What is the deadline for submitting my before-and-after photos and where do I submit it?

   All before and after photos must be submitted to the Challenge Submission form (previously the Sign-up form page) by 11.59pm June 9, 2025. The submission form will open on May 12th to submit before photos on Day 1. The submission page will reopen from the 5th June 2025 for after photo submission. Any photos submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for prizes.**

9. Do I have to hold up a sign with the date in my photos?

   Holding up a sign with the date is helpful, but it’s not required. As long as the date the photo was taken can be verified (e.g. phone metadata, etc), it’s valid. The Collagen Co. may request proof of the time and date your photos were taken at any point during the challenge.

10. Can I join the challenge anonymously?

    While signing up for the challenge requires your full name, you can still participate and post anonymously in the Glow Talk community. However, anonymous contributions are not considered when selecting prize winners.

11. Where can I find the 28-day meal plan for the challenge? What exercises do I do? Is there a workout program to follow?

    Yes! Once you’ve signed up, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Challenge Guide. This includes access to our Glow Vault, where you’ll find everything you need —including the 28-day meal plan and 28-day exercise guide.

12. How do I enter the challenge as a pair?

    Simply fill out the sign-up form and select "Yes" for “Are you participating as a pair?” Then, enter your partner’s details. Your partner does not need to submit a separate entry. Please remember, you can enter either as an individual OR as part of a pair, but not both. Each participant can only be included in one submission

13. How do I track my progress and get support?

    You can track your progress in several ways:

    ✅ Weight & Measurements – Monitor changes on the scale and track inches/cm lost
    ✅ Clothing Fit – Notice if your clothes feel looser over time
    ✅ Progress Photos – Take weekly photos in the same outfit and lighting to see visual changes
    ✅ Body Composition & Strength – Use a smart scale or track improvements in workouts and endurance
    ✅ Energy & Mood – Pay attention to how you feel, including sleep quality, stress levels, and cravings
    ✅ Skin, Hair & Nails – Look for improvements in skin clarity, hair health, and nail strength

14. Why aren’t I seeing any results? 

    Results in the Shake & Glow Challenge will naturally vary from person to person, depending on factors like consistency, progress tracking, lifestyle habits, and genetics. Remember, transformation isn’t just about the scale—focus on other improvements like body composition, energy, sleep quality, and mood.

15. Can I still join the 28-Day Challenge after the start date?

    Absolutely! Even if you join late and have fewer than 28 days, your participation will still be considered for the winner selection.

16. Do I need Collagen Peptides or Super Beauty Greens as well?

    It depends on your health goals! If you’re looking for additional support for skin, hair, nails, digestion, or gut health, these products make great additions to your routine. Each product is uniquely formulated, and together, they provide a well-rounded approach to beauty and wellness.

17. How do I know if I’m eligible for prizes?
