I enjoy drinking this to replace my meal during the day . I was sceptical at first as most shakes don’t taste good mixed with water but this product especially this flavour does. And what I love about it is that it fills me up and gives me energy to finish my day with added benefits of all the minerals and nutrients that comes with.
