1. How do I refer a friend?

   Your $30 credit will be applied to your account automatically 14 days after your referral makes a purchase. This short delay allows us to make sure the order hasn’t been refunded.
   If the order is refunded, unfortunately, the $30 commission won’t be paid out. But don’t worry—you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your credit is ready to use on your next glow-up order! ✨

2. When will I receive my $30 credit?

   As soon as your friend completes their first purchase, your $30 credit will be applied to your account automatically after 14 days. You’ll be notified by email, so you can use it on your next glow-up order straight away!

3. Can my friend combine the 10% discount with other offers?

   The 10% referral discount is exclusive to their first purchase and can’t be combined and applied with any other discounts, promotions, or subscription orders.

4. Is there a limit to referrals?

   Nope—there’s no limit to how many friends you can refer. The more friends you invite, the more $30 credits you’ll collect. It’s a win-win glow fest!

5. Do I need to buy products first?

   You don’t need to have purchased products to join, but you do need an active customer account so we can link your $30 credit when it’s earned.
   That said, our ambassador program is all about genuine referrals — we want you to share the glow because you truly love our products! So we do expect that you're already using (and obsessing over) them before recommending us to your friends and fam 💖

6. Are there any joining fees?

   Absolutely not. It’s 100% free to join our Ambassador Program. All you need to do is spread the love, and we’ll reward you for it!
