Gingerbread Caramel Eggnog - The Collagen Co.

Sip your way into the holiday spirit with this creamy Gingerbread Caramel Eggnog—a lighter, protein-boosted twist on a festive classic. By swapping half the eggnog for our Salted Caramel Glow Shake, you get all the cosy Christmas flavour with fewer calories. Finished with a gingerbread-rimmed glass and a touch of caramel, it’s the perfect merry little treat.

Ingredients (serves 1)

 Glass rim:

  • 1 tsp sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 5g crushed gingerbread cookie

Eggnog Drink:

  • ½ serve Salted Caramel Glow Shake
  • ½ cup unsweetened oat milk (approx. 120ml)
  • ¼ cup eggnog (approx. 60ml)
  • 1 tsp sugar-free caramel sauce

Optional Topping:

  • 10g whipped cream
  • small drizzle sugar-free caramel sauce
  • pinch crushed gingerbread cookies

Method:

  1. Rim the glass: Spread a thin layer of caramel sauce around the rim of the glass, then dip into crushed gingerbread cookies.

  2. Mix the drink: In a shaker or blender, combine ½ serve Salted Caramel Glow Shake, oat milk, eggnog, and caramel sauce. Shake or blend until smooth.

  3. Pour: Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared glass.

  4. Optional topping: Top with whipped cream, a light drizzle of caramel sauce, and a pinch of crushed gingerbread cookies.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy a festive, lower-calorie treat!
