Once we receive your order it will be processed within 24 business hours. Order processing operates Monday - Friday (public holidays excluded). Orders received after 3pm AEST will be processed the following morning.

Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post and will be delivered in 1 - 7 business days*.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Tracked Shipping service and will be delivered in 7 - 21 business days*.
*Above time frames are estimations and some variances in delivery times may occur.

The Collagen Co. will only accept returns for damaged or faulty goods that are not opened. Due to dietary supplement regulations worldwide, we cannot issue any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy and/or taste of our products.

Yes, we offer Express Shipping for all of our Australian Customers. Simply select the Express shipping option at the checkout and your order will be processed as a priority. Express shipping delivery times are approximately 1 - 3 business days.

To join our subscription service, simply select the “Subscribe & Save” option on your favourite collagen product(s) and choose your preferred delivery schedule - every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks.
Once you’ve selected your product and delivery frequency, you’ll proceed through checkout as usual to choose your payment method and place your order. Your chosen payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) will then be automatically charged according to your selected delivery schedule, so your products arrive right on time without you having to reorder.

You can easily manage your subscription through your customer account by selecting “Manage your subscriptions.” From there, you’re free to update your products, delivery schedule, payment method, and shipping address, as well as view your upcoming orders, all in just a few clicks.

Subscription purchases are not eligible for additional sale discount codes, as they already include special subscription savings.

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your subscription account dashboard and selecting the “Cancel subscription” option.

At this time, our Collagen Glow Shakes Meal Replacements aren’t available as part of our subscription service due to stock constraints. We’re working hard to make this option available in the future and truly appreciate your understanding.
