Once we receive your order it will be processed within 24 business hours. Order processing operates Monday - Friday (public holidays excluded). Orders received after 3pm AEST will be processed the following morning.

Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post and will be delivered in 1 - 7 business days*.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Tracked Shipping service and will be delivered in 7 - 21 business days*.
*Above time frames are estimations and some variances in delivery times may occur.

The Collagen Co. will only accept returns for damaged or faulty goods that are not opened. Due to dietary supplement regulations worldwide, we cannot issue any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy and/or taste of our products.

Yes, we offer Express Shipping for all of our Australian Customers. Simply select the Express shipping option at the checkout and your order will be processed as a priority. Express shipping delivery times are approximately 1 - 3 business days.

Our products are made in Australia with local and imported ingredients.

No, they do not. The Collagen Co. only uses natural colours, flavours and sweeteners.

Yes. You can make larger batches of collagen with water and store in the fridge to consume at your convenience. Consume within 3-4 days.

Each tin of our Glow Shakes contains 14 full servings.
If you're planning to have two shakes a day, you'll go through one tin each week if you’re enjoying one shake per day, a single tin will last you two weeks.

The shelf life of our collagen products is 24 months (2 years) if stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Our Subscription service allows you to have your favourite collagen products delivered to your door automatically and on your desired schedule. You can choose your Subscription to be automatically processed every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. There is no obligation and you can change or cancel your Subscription at any time.

To register for our Subscription service simply select the “Subscribe & Save” option on your favourite collagen product/s and choose your delivery schedule (2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks). Once your product and delivery schedule have been selected you will be taken through the checkout process and your payment option can be selected and your Subscription order will be processed.
Please make note that the payment option you select (Debit Card, Credit Card etc) will be charged automatically on the delivery schedule you have selected.

Within your Subscription account you can change products, delivery schedules, payment methods, shipping addresses and also view upcoming orders.

Your savings will be applied to your shopping cart when you check out. You can also change or add additional products to your Subscription from your Subscription management account.

Collagen is derived from animal sources therefore not suitable for vegans. Our Marine Collagen is sourced from fish scales and is suitable for people who follow a Pescatarian diet.
