Cookies & Cream Cookie 🍪
Soft, chewy cookies made with Cookies & Cream Glow Shake and Oreo pieces, topped with a creamy yoghurt frosting. A fun, high-protein snack that tastes like dessert!
Ingredients (serves 9 cookies)
Cookie
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 scoop cookies and cream glow shake
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 crushed Oreo
- 4 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond milk more or less depending on consistency
Frosting
- 4 tbsp low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 crushed oreo
- 4 tsp sugar free maple syrup
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a large bowl, combine oat flour, Cookies & Cream Glow Shake, baking powder and salt. Stir until well combined.

Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil and almond milk. Mix until a thick cookie dough forms. Add a little extra almond milk if needed to reach a soft but scoopable consistency.

Fold through the crushed Oreos.

Divide the mixture into 4 even portions and shape into cookies on the prepared tray. Slightly flatten with hand and place in oven.

Bake for 10–14 minutes or until lightly golden on the edges. Allow to cool on the tray to firm up.

Combine Greek yoghurt and maple syrup in a small bowl and stir until smooth. Fold through crushed Oreos.

Spread or spoon over cooled cookies before serving (make sure cookies are cooled when adding topping).
