        Delicious breakfast everyday

        I have always struggled with eating breakfast. I've tried many shakes over the years, and I have finally found the ‘golden ticket’ with Collagen Co. The shakes (I have three flavours) are delicious. I mix and match, too. I'll have one scoop of Violet Ceumble and add a scoop of Chocolate. I make Mochas too. I feel fuller for longer, and my waistline is getting smaller too. If you're weary- start with the Chocolate. If you love Iced Coffee or Mochas get the Coffee one. Add it to cold water and enjoy your breakfast and all the goodness it is putting into your body.

        Amaaazing Shakes!

        Late last year I decided I needed to stop putting off looking after myself. I needed to lose some weight. I tried some supermarket shakes but they were not great…. either too sickly sweet or tasted awful. A friend recommended I try the Violet Crumble shake from The Collagen Co, so just before Christmas I placed my first order. It is so creamy and delicious. I’ve also tried the Cookies & Cream and the Vanilla, but Violet Crumble is my favourite so far.

        So far I’ve lost around 5 kilos since starting this journey (I hope to lose up to 10 more) and my skin and nails look really good too. I don’t feel hungry when I’m using the shakes and they have helped me change my eating patterns so that I no longer feel the need for as many sweets or high calorie snacks.
