Gluten Free │ Refined Sugar Free
1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup Coconut Flour
2 Scoops The Collagen Co Passionfruit Mango Collagen Powder
3/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
2 tsp Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Roasted Peanuts (salted)
Cocoa Powder (for dusting)
- Line a mini square bake tin (approximately 20cm) with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all the peanut base ingredients until combined. Scoop into the prepared tray. Press and smooth the mixture until flat and compressed.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine all the chocolate drizzle ingredients. Place into the microwave, stirring frequently until melted through. Pour chocolate drizzle over the compressed base. Level out the chocolate. Sprinkle over the toasted peanuts.
- Place into the freezer for approximately 1 hour or until firm. When ready to serve, dust with cocoa powder. Slice and enjoy!
