Recipe (Serves 1)

1 cup/200-250mls filtered water
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 serve (15g) The Collagen Co Unflavoured Collagen
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp avocado
Handful ice cubes

Starting with the water, add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
