A fresh, nourishing bowl designed to fuel your day. This Salmon Salad Bowl pairs perfectly air-fried salmon with golden sweet potato, vibrant kale, and crisp cucumber, finished with creamy avocado and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds. Balanced, satisfying, and full of flavour, it’s a complete meal that delivers high-quality protein, wholesome carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Served alongside a refreshing glass of Beautiful Energy, this bowl is ideal for lunch or dinner when you want something light yet deeply nourishing.

Serves 1

  • 180 g salmon fillet
  • 1 cup kale, shredded
  • 150 g sweet potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 serve Beautiful Energy

Method

  1. Add the sweet potato to an air fryer basket. Lightly spray with oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Air fry at 180°C for 6 minutes.

  2. Push the sweet potato to one side of the basket and add the salmon fillet. Season with salt and pepper and lightly spray with oil. Air fry for a further 8–10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.

  3. Add the shredded kale to a bowl. Lightly spray with oil, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and massage with your fingers for a few seconds until softened.

  4. Meanwhile, add 1 scoop of Beautiful Energy to a glass of water and stir to dissolve.

  5. Assemble the bowl: add the sweet potato, cucumber, kale, salmon, avocado, and red onion to a serving bowl. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

  6. Serve with the Beautiful Energy drink and enjoy!
