Overnight Cinnamon Oats

Wake up to the comforting flavour of a cinnamon scroll in a nutritious, high-protein breakfast. These Overnight Cinnamon Oats combine creamy oats, Cinnabon Glow Shakes, and warming cinnamon for a delicious make-ahead meal, finished with a sweet cinnamon yoghurt swirl and dusting of spice. Perfect for busy mornings when you want something satisfying, convenient, and packed with protein.

Ingredients (1 serve)

  • Overnight Oats
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Cinnabon Glow Shakes
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla low fat Greek yoghurt
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk

Cinnamon Swirl Topping

  • 1 tbsp vanilla low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup

Method

  • In a glass jar or container, combine the oats, Cinnabon Glow Shakes, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, Greek yoghurt and almond milk.
  • Stir well until fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  • In a small bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a small piping bag or spoon and swirl over the top of the oats.
  • Finish with a dusting of cinnamon.
  • Serve chilled.
