Overnight Cinnamon Oats

Wake up to the comforting flavour of a cinnamon scroll in a nutritious, high-protein breakfast. These Overnight Cinnamon Oats combine creamy oats, Cinnabon Glow Shakes, and warming cinnamon for a delicious make-ahead meal, finished with a sweet cinnamon yoghurt swirl and dusting of spice. Perfect for busy mornings when you want something satisfying, convenient, and packed with protein.
Ingredients (1 serve)
- Overnight Oats
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop Cinnabon Glow Shakes
- 2 tsp almond butter
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla low fat Greek yoghurt
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
Cinnamon Swirl Topping
- 1 tbsp vanilla low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup
Method
- In a glass jar or container, combine the oats, Cinnabon Glow Shakes, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, Greek yoghurt and almond milk.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt and cream cheese until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a small piping bag or spoon and swirl over the top of the oats.
- Finish with a dusting of cinnamon.
- Serve chilled.
