Fake-away HSP

All the flavour of your favourite takeaway HSP, made lighter and packed with protein. Crispy seasoned fries are topped with juicy BBQ-spiced beef, melted cheese, fresh tomato and pickles, then finished with a classic mayo and BBQ sauce drizzle. Served with a refreshing Lemon Lime HydraGlow Soda, it's the ultimate fake-away meal that satisfies without the extra calories.
Ingredients (1 serve)
Meat
- 125g lean beef mince (5-star lean)
- 20g plain Greek yoghurt
- ¼ small onion
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp Barbecue seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste
Fries
- 150g potato, cut into fries
- Olive oil spray
- 1 tsp barbecue seasoning
To Serve
- 15g light shredded cheese
- 5g chipotle mayonnaise
- 10g reduced-sugar BBQ sauce
- 20g cherry tomatoes, diced
- 20g pickles, sliced
Lemon Lime HydraGlow Soda
- 1 serve Lemon Lime HydraGlow
- 250ml soda water
- Ice cubes
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (or use an air fryer).
- Add onion, Greek yoghurt, garlic, olive oil, seasonings and mince to a bowl. Mix well until slightly sticky.
- Place mixture between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll out until flat. Place in oven for 15 minutes, or air fry for 12–15 minutes or until cooked through. Break apart.
- Meanwhile, boil potato fries for 4–5 minutes. Drain and allow to steam dry.
- Lightly spray fries with olive oil and toss with seasoning.
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes, or air fry for 16–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Place fries onto a serving plate and top with the meat and cheese. Drizzle with mayonnaise and BBQ sauce in a criss-cross pattern.
- Scatter diced tomatoes and pickles over the top.
- Prepare the Lemon Lime HydraGlow Soda by mixing HydraGlow with soda water and serving over ice.
