Cinnabon Ice Cream

Creamy, cinnamon-swirled and packed with protein, this Cinnabon Ice Cream is the ultimate healthier dessert. Made with just a handful of ingredients, it's the perfect way to satisfy your sweet cravings while staying on track.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups light milk
  • 2 scoops Cinnabon Glow Shake powder
  • 2 tbsp cereal flakes
  • Cinnamon, for dusting

Method 1: Blender

  1. In a jug, whisk together the milk and Cinnabon Glow Shake powder until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
  3. Once frozen, add the cubes to a high-speed blender with 2 tablespoons of extra milk. Blend until thick and creamy.
  4. Scoop into 2 bowls, top with the cereal flakes, and dust with cinnamon before serving.

Method 2: Ninja Creami

  1. In a Ninja Creami pint container, whisk together the milk and Cinnabon Glow Shake powder until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Secure the lid and freeze for at least 12 hours, or until completely solid.
  3. Process using the Lite Ice Cream setting.
  4. Scoop into 2 bowls, top with the cereal flakes, and dust with cinnamon before serving.
