Creamy, cinnamon-swirled and packed with protein, this Cinnabon Ice Cream is the ultimate healthier dessert. Made with just a handful of ingredients, it's the perfect way to satisfy your sweet cravings while staying on track.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1½ cups light milk
- 2 scoops Cinnabon Glow Shake powder
- 2 tbsp cereal flakes
- Cinnamon, for dusting
Method 1: Blender
- In a jug, whisk together the milk and Cinnabon Glow Shake powder until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
- Once frozen, add the cubes to a high-speed blender with 2 tablespoons of extra milk. Blend until thick and creamy.
- Scoop into 2 bowls, top with the cereal flakes, and dust with cinnamon before serving.
Method 2: Ninja Creami
- In a Ninja Creami pint container, whisk together the milk and Cinnabon Glow Shake powder until smooth and fully combined.
- Secure the lid and freeze for at least 12 hours, or until completely solid.
- Process using the Lite Ice Cream setting.
- Scoop into 2 bowls, top with the cereal flakes, and dust with cinnamon before serving.
