Oreo Creme Eggs

 Creamy, chocolatey cookie-filled eggs made with Cookies & Cream Glow Shake for a fun, high protein twist on a classic treat. With a smooth mousse-like filling and crunchy Oreo crumb, these bite-sized delights are rich, satisfying, and perfect for a sweet moment straight from the fridge.

Makes 10

Ingredients

  • 60g plain protein yoghurt
  • 2 scoops cookies & cream glow
  • 60g light cream cheese
  • Cookie Crumb:
  • 4 Oreo cookies, cream removed
  • 5 Cadbury hollow eggs

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix the yoghurt, Glow powder, and cream cheese until smooth and well combined.

  2. In a separate bowl, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

  3. Carefully split the hollow eggs in half along the seam using a knife, then place them open-side up on a plate.

  4. Add 1 teaspoon of cookie crumbs to each egg half.

  5. Top with about 1 tablespoon of the mousse filling.

  6. Sprinkle over the remaining cookie crumbs.

  7. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm. Enjoy!
