Oreo Creme Eggs

Creamy, chocolatey cookie-filled eggs made with Cookies & Cream Glow Shake for a fun, high protein twist on a classic treat. With a smooth mousse-like filling and crunchy Oreo crumb, these bite-sized delights are rich, satisfying, and perfect for a sweet moment straight from the fridge.

Ingredients
- 60g plain protein yoghurt
- 2 scoops cookies & cream glow
- 60g light cream cheese
- Cookie Crumb:
- 4 Oreo cookies, cream removed
- 5 Cadbury hollow eggs
Method

In a small bowl, mix the yoghurt, Glow powder, and cream cheese until smooth and well combined.

In a separate bowl, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

Carefully split the hollow eggs in half along the seam using a knife, then place them open-side up on a plate.

Add 1 teaspoon of cookie crumbs to each egg half.

Top with about 1 tablespoon of the mousse filling.

Sprinkle over the remaining cookie crumbs.

Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm. Enjoy!
