Frozen Strawberry Watermelon & Lime Mocktail

Unlike most mocktail recipes that are full of sugar syrups and more ice than actual fruit, this one is packed with wholefood ingredients and will support your health with every sip. The trick, you ask? The addition of The Collagen Co’s Strawberry Watermelon Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides.
The Collagen Co’s Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides contain an impressive 15g of collagen per serve with less than 1g of sugar. 15g of collagen is the optimal amount to support your hair, skin, nails and joints when consumed consistently.
The addition of fresh strawberries, watermelon and lime juice help to pack in a punch of Vitamin C and gut-loving fibre to support our immunity and digestive health this winter.
Here’s the recipe:
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of watermelon, sliced
- 6 strawberries, 4 for the mocktail, 2 for garnish
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 can or bottle of lime flavoured soda water
- 1 serve of The Collagen Co’s Strawberry Watermelon Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides
- Optional: Dried limes to serve
Method:
- Make up 1 serving of The Collagen Co’s Strawberry Watermelon Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides, according to instructions. Set aside in the fridge to cool. .
- Blitz together the strawberries, watermelon and lime juice in a high speed blender until smooth
- Add the fruit puree to your favourite cocktail glass [garnished with fresh strawberries] and top with your pre-made collagen peptides.
- Finish with a dash of lime flavoured soda water and dried fruit if you wish
- Enjoy immediately
