        Holy grail

        I’ve been using The Collagen Co Glow Shakes religiously for breakfast and the results speak for themselves. At my heaviest I was 93kg, and I’m now a trim 53kg, which is ideal for my height (5’3” / 164cm).

        This hasn’t just been about “weight loss.” I’ve been able to maintain and build muscle while consistently shedding body fat, which for me has been the gamechanger.
