  1. Simply fill out the sign-up form above to officially join the challenge! It takes less than 30 seconds.

  2. The Shake & Glow Challenge officially starts on 18 May 2026. Make sure you sign up before the start date so you’re ready to begin from Day 1.

  3. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with access to our Glow Vault, including workouts and key resources to get started.

    You’ll also receive guidance and additional content as the challenge begins to help you stay on track.

    If you haven’t received your confirmation email, check your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at hello@thecollagen.co and we’ll help you out!

  4. Signing up is free and gives you access to our Glow Vault (the 28-day plan).

    To follow the challenge as designed and see the best results, Glow Shakes are required, as they replace 1–2 meals daily throughout the program.
