Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Participants must meet the following criteria to join:

Be at least 18 years of age

Reside in a country where The Collagen Co. ships products.

Provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process and all submission forms.

By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. Participation Requirements

The Shake & Glow Challenge commences Monday 2 February 2026 and ends Monday 2 March 2026.

Participants must be officially signed up before the challenge start date to be eligible for prizes.

To complete the 28-day challenge, participants must:

Follow all instructions and complete 28 days of the challenge using The Collagen Co. products as intended.

Take clear before full-body photos (front and side) with proof of timestamp

Take clear after full-body photos (front and side) with proof of timestamp. After photos should be taken in the same place and attire as before for best comparison.

Agree to share their progress truthfully and refrain from altering or manipulating photos, weights, or measurements.

Act in good faith throughout the challenge. Any fraudulent behaviour, dishonesty, or misrepresentation will result in disqualification.

3. Disqualification Grounds

Participants may be disqualified for reasons including but not limited to:

Providing false or misleading information

Manipulation or alteration of photos

Using images that do not belong to them

Breaching these Terms and Conditions

Engaging in disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive behaviour within the Glow Talk community

4. Submission Guidelines

To be eligible for the challenge, participants must:

Submit both their before and after photos through the submission page on The Collagen Co. website by the specified deadlines.

Ensure photos:

Include full-body views (showing the face is optional).

Are clear, unedited, and taken under consistent lighting and conditions to ensure authenticity.

Include a timestamp (for verification purposes).

BEFORE photos must be submitted on 2nd February, 2026 by 11.59pm via the submission page.

AFTER photos must be submitted by 11.59pm on 2nd March, 2026. Submissions after this deadline will not be considered.

The Collagen Co. reserves the right to ask for verification of time and date stamps of before and after photos throughout the challenge. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

5. Winner Selection Criteria

Prizes are awarded based on overall effort, engagement, and transformation, not solely on weight loss.

Winners will be chosen based on:

Best overall transformation, considering non-scale victories such as skin/hair/ nails and lifestyle not just total weight loss.

To ensure fairness, the weight loss component will be considered as a percentage of the participant's original starting weight.

Creativity and engagement in sharing their journey in Glow Talk Facebook Community.

Strict adherence to challenge guidelines.

To be eligible, winners must:

Submit before and after photos through the submission page on The Collagen Co website by the deadline.

Submit full-body photos (including face is optional & submitting hair, skin and nail photos are optional).

Provide original photos that display a legitimate and verifiable date matching the provided timestamp. The winner will be required to submit these original photos for validation to confirm the authenticity of the timestamp and ensure a fair competition. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Use products from The Collagen Co. and provide proof of purchase. Purchase date must be within a deemed realistic time period of the challenge start date. For products purchased from an official retail store, please retain proof of purchase or receipt.

The decision of The Collagen Co. team will be final.

6. Prizes

Grand Prize:

One (1) grand prize will be awarded.

The Grand Prize consists of the Ultimate Glow Up Experience, which includes:

A luxury weekend getaway.

One-on-one personal styling session.

Hair and makeup styling.

A brand new wardrobe valued at $2,000 AUD

A celebratory dinner for the winner and one guest.

The getaway location will be selected at the discretion of The Collagen Co. The Collagen Co. reserves the right to determine the getaway location, accommodation, inclusions, and timing, subject to availability and reasonable travel restrictions. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or The Collagen Co. store credit.

Runner Up Prizes:

Six (6) runner up prizes will be awarded. Each Runner Up will receive:

A brand new wardrobe valued at $500 AUD

Runner Up prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or The Collagen Co. store credit.

Additional Awards/Prizes:

A $100 The Collagen Co. Gift Card will be awarded to selected Shake & Glow Challenge participants in The Collagen Co.’s private Facebook group ‘Glow Talk by The Collagen Co.’ community group who demonstrate standout contributions, including visible results, positive impact, motivation, and support for themselves and others.

To be eligible for Glow Talk-related prizes, posts must be shared inside the official Glow Talk Facebook group during the challenge period.

Posts made outside the challenge window will not be considered.

The Collagen Co. reserves the right to exclude posts that are inappropriate, misleading, or not aligned with community guidelines.

The challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta.

The Fitness Enthusiast: Awarded to a participant who consistently shares their fitness or exercise journey, including home workouts, gym routines, or movement tips.

The Healthy Plate Builder: Awarded to a participant who shares healthy meal ideas, snack options, food swaps, or recipes during the challenge.

The Community Cheerleader: Awarded to a participant who actively supports others by posting motivational content, offering encouragement, and engaging with other members through comments and interactions.

The Radiant Glower: Awarded to a participant who demonstrates an overall glow up, including improvements in skin, hair, and or nails. This category is not focused on weight loss or scale-based results.

The Confidence Riser: Awarded to a participant who tracks and shares changes in confidence through clothing fit, documenting how an item feels at the start of the challenge and revisiting it at the end of the challenge.

The GlowFit Mover: Awarded to a participant who consistently shares photos, videos, or reflections showing completion of The Collagen Co.’s GlowFit workouts on YouTube throughout the challenge.

Gift Cards:

Any The Collagen Co. Gift Cards issued as prizes are redeemable only for The Collagen Co. products and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exclusive Completion Reward:

Participants who meet all challenge requirements and submit valid before and after photos through the official Challenge Submission form on The Collagen Co. website will be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary exclusive Shake & Glow reward as shown in official Shake & Glow Challenge content and social media.

To be eligible, participants must:

Complete the full 28 days of the challenge during its official challenge period, following the program outlined in the Challenge Guide.

Submit before and after photos in accordance with the photo guidelines and by the deadlines specified in Section 4.

Eligibility Start Date: This reward is only available to participants completing the 28-Day Shake and Glow Challenge from 2nd February 2026. The reward is limited to one (1) Completion Reward per eligible participant, the colour is randomly allocated and cannot be selected or changed at the time of redemption, is subject to availability while stocks last, and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or store credit. The Collagen Co. reserves the right to withhold the reward from any participant who is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Claim Period:
Prizes and Completion Rewards must be claimed within 30 days of receiving notification. Failure to claim within this period will result in forfeiture.

Currency

All prizes are quoted in AUD and will be converted to the equivalent amount in the winner’s local currency, based on the exchange rate applicable on the date the prize is sent.

7. Usage Rights

By submitting content (e.g., before-and-after photos):

Participants grant The Collagen Co. the right to use their images and testimonials for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

Social media

Website promotions
