Strawberry Panna Cotta

Dive into a delightful and refreshing Strawberry Dessert that’s perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while keeping it light and nutritious!
Ingredients (Serves 3)
- 125g sachet Lite jelly Strawberry
- 160g Chobani Fit Strawberry Yoghurt
- 2 scoops Strawberry Watermelon Collagen Powder
- 4 Strawberries
- 150ml water (100ml boiling, 50ml cold)
Method
- Combine jelly sachet and collagen with 150ml water. Add yoghurt and stir until well combined.
- Pour mixture into glasses and set in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours, or overnight.
- Top with fresh, sliced strawberries.
