Fruit Skewers

Ingredients (Makes 1 serve)

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed (~300g)
  • 1 scoop Beautiful Energy powder (any flavour)
  • 500ml cold water
  • 2 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Wooden skewers

Method:

  1. Mix Beautiful Energy powder with 500ml water.
  2. Add watermelon cubes, cover, and let soak in the fridge for 30–60 minutes.
  3. Remove watermelon, thread onto skewers.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar and finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
