Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 250g raw white potato
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • 100g extra lean beef mince
  • 1/2 small brown onion, diced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 20g light tasty cheese, grated
  • 2 mini chopped pickles, to garnish
  • Sesame seeds, to garnish

Burger Sauce

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp greek yoghurt or light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp English mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sweet mustard pickles, finely chopped

Strawberry Kiwi Energy Soda

  • 1 scoop Strawberry Kiwi Beautiful Energy
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup soda water

Method

  1. Slice the potato into thin fries. Season with salt and pepper, lightly spray with olive oil, then air fry at 200°C for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  2. While the fries are cooking, mix all of the burger sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. Add the beef mince, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Break up the mince with a spatula and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  4. Top the cooked fries with the beef mixture and sprinkle over the cheddar cheese. Return to the air fryer for 2–3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk the Beautiful Energy powder with the water until smooth and frothy. Fill a large glass with ice, pour over the energy mixture, then top with soda water and gently stir.
  6. Drizzle the burger sauce over the loaded fries and finish with chopped pickles and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
