I have the collagen replacement meals in every flavour but the strawberry milkshake flavour is always on high rotation. While I have mixed the powder into just water, I find that when mixed with half water half skim milk, it produces a thicker, creamier strawberry milkshake that keeps me full and tastes amazing!
