        Add 1 serving (2 heaped scoops) to your glass or bottle. Fill with 250-350 ml of cold or hot water. Mix well and enjoy! One serving a day is recommended for the best results.

        Premium Collagen Peptides

        Add 1 serving to 250-500ml hot or cold water, fruit or your favourite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better.

        Glow Shake
        Mix/Blend with 350ml of chilled water and shake or blend well. For extra flavour and creaminess, you can also substitute water for your favourite milk or milk alternative.
        Replace up to 2 meals per day with your Glow Shakes along with a nutritious balanced diet.

        1. Add 1 serving (2 scoops) into your mug.

          I love my Apple Blackcurrent Super Beauty Greens powder, out of all the flavours I prefer this one. I am a very fussy eater and have tried other brands and I have found this product to be the easiest & nicest the drink. It does not have a gritty texture like some brands, it all mixes nicely just need to either drink it all at once or however I add ice cubes and leave spoon in glass and stir & sip it slowly with my lunch or while sitting at my desk. Even my Grandbabies love drinking it!
