      Wow what a journey it has been, I am currently taking Flaura V x 2 twice a day and it has been a game changer.

      My gut feels soo much better now, I am not experiencing any discomfort at all thankfully, another added note is that I am not as bloated anymore, but I notice that changes if I miss a day.

      Thankfully I have managed to set up a routine that is working and making me accountable every day.

      I use to hate what I see in the mirror and feel people judging me, I always looked pregnant and people ask me if I was.

      Better sleep, less "angry", I can't explain it but I feel more relaxed so to speak. I think my biggest struggle is remembering to take them 4 times a day other than that I really am loving it
