    Add 1 serving (2 heaped scoops) to 400ml of hot or cold water, or blend into your favourite smoothie. For best results, add the powder first to help it dissolve more easily. If using Unflavoured Collagen, you can mix it into any food or drink — including coffee, baking, or other recipes.
