          Mix/Blend with 350ml of chilled water and shake or blend well. For extra flavour and creaminess, you can also substitute water for your favourite milk or milk alternative.

            Enjoying and seeing results

            After 5 years of ongoing family and personal trauma, stress and the effects of trauma had taken its toll on me. And despite the cliche comment “black don’t crack! Mine proved that theory wrong. I discovered fine lines that had begun to deepen. All this inner healing work had made me glow from the inside out spiritually, but my skin was showing what the heartbreak and sadness had done to my heart mind and soul. And my joints ached. This product has been life changing and is giving me my pre-makeup glow back! My skin is healthier, the lines are ironing out and my joints move easier.
