        How to enjoy it?
        Add 1 serve to 250-500ml hot or cold water, fruit or your favourite smoothie and mix well. Adding the powder first helps the collagen powder to mix in better. Unfavoured collagen can also be added to tea or coffee and baked into cakes or biscuits for a delicious collagen snack.

        How many serves a day?
        How much collagen you should take each day depends on your own health goals. Between 15-30grams of collagen peptides a day will give you visible results.

          Very easy to take mixed in a drink.

          I’m very happy with this product because it is so easy to take. It is tasteless and odourless and disappears into a glass of water. It’s too soon to tell if it will help my hair but I’m confident that it’s a healthy addition to my diet. Importantly, it doesn’t have fillers and emulsifiers.
