About the Role

We are seeking motivated and skilled Process Workers to join our Production team. This is a casual role within our 7:00am – 11:00pm operational window, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work available). You’ll be responsible for tasks across the manufacturing process including precise mixing and blending of raw materials to produce our top-quality products and adhering to strict quality control standards. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately batch, blend, and package products in line with SOPs, GMP, and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain production equipment, reporting faults or issues promptly.
• Pack finished products across different packaging formats.
• Ensure traceability using systems such as NetSuite.
• Inspect raw materials and conduct in-process quality checks, collaborating with QA to resolve issues.
• Support inventory and warehouse operations, including stock checks, material handling, and order preparation.
• Maintain blending equipment in good working order and report any faults for timely repair.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams to enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Availability Monday to Friday within our 7:00am – 11:00pm operational window (occasional weekend work available).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing/production, including machine operating experience.
• Strong mathematical ability for precise measurement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive, and reliable team player.
