      I’ve been using these delicious shakes now for about 6 weeks. I’ve gone thru 4 tins waiting on my next order to arrive . V crumble is delicious I have this for my lunch with water and for breakfast I take the coffee shake . Hungriest time day for me is breakfast I used to eat rubbish on the run I work in busy trauma hospital surgical Theatre’s and would run eat anything to feel full . I now drive to work at 5 am enjoy ice coffee shake on the way then start my first 600 ml water then thru day I drink easy 2 plus litres water I also added my coconut hydrate water to the day if I need to.
