I've been enjoying these meal replacement shakes for a few reasons. Not only myself but the family I work for has noticed I'm "eating less" aka smaller portions. Someone asked if I'd done anything different to my hair which I hadn't, but I think it's looking healthier.
I LOVE these shakes mix thick. Other nutritional drinks have too liquidity for me (I don't drink milk) it's psychological, I know but if it's liquid I feel like I'm drinking flavored milk and can't do it.
I'm working on losing bloating and 10lbs. Along with adding protein into my daily intake. The scale isn't moving fast though some clothes I had aside (too tight) are back to almost wearable again.
I take accountability in my workout routine and getting back on track with it.
