1. Eligibility

The Collagen Co. Shake & Glow Challenge – Staff Edition (“Challenge”) is open exclusively to current employees of The Collagen Co. (“the Company”) at the time of entry and throughout the duration of the Challenge. 

2. Challenge Period

The Challenge commences on 12th May 2025 and concludes on June 9, 2025 (“Challenge Period”). All entries must be submitted no later than 11.59pm on June 9, 2025.

3. How to Participate

To enter the Challenge, employees must:

• Participate in the 28-day program by replacing at least one meal per day with Glow Shakes provided by the Company. 

Each participant will be supplied with 4 x Glow Shake bags by the Company at no cost.

• Upload a “before” and “after” photo through the designated internal submission portal along with a short written reflection (max 200 words) detailing their personal journey during the Challenge.
  
  

4. Prize

The winner will be chosen by an internal committee based on best overall transformation, considering non-scale victories such as skin/hair/ nails and lifestyle not just total weight loss. 

The participant with the best overall transformation will win:

• $1,500 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card
  
  

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other items.

5. Judging Criteria

The winner will be selected based on the most inspiring transformation, considering:

• Physical or lifestyle change. To ensure fairness, the weight loss component will be considered as a percentage of the participant's original starting weight.

• Overall engagement during the Challenge
  
  

The judging panel will consist of selected Company representatives. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Use of Entries

By entering the Challenge, participants agree that their submitted photos and written reflections may be used internally for promotional purposes, including but not limited to newsletters, internal presentations, and Slack communications.

Participants will be contacted for express permission if the Company wishes to use any content externally (e.g. social media, website).

7. General Conditions

• Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the employee’s own risk.
  
  
• The Company encourages a healthy and safe approach to any personal changes in diet or routine.
  
  
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the Challenge where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  
  
• Any misuse of the Challenge (e.g. submission of false or misleading information) will result in disqualification.
  
  

8. Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with this Challenge will be used for administration of the competition and internal communications only. All information will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
